Online Registration
If you’d like to register your pet with us, please fill out the following form.
Terms of Business:
- Payment is due in full at the time of treatment. All fees are subject to VAT.
- Payment can be made by cash, cheque (with a valid bank guarantee card), credit or debit card.
- An estimate of costs can be provided on request. If you require this, please ask before treatment is provided.
- If you think you may have a problem paying for treatment, this should be discussed before treatment is provided.
- We provide our own after hours emergency service. Please note that this service incurs higher fees than the normal daytime service.
